Where does Aloe Vera grow?
Aloe is commonly grown in the dry regions of Africa, Asia, Europe and America.
Benefits: It may soothe gastrointestinal inflammation and promote healthy digestion. Applied topically through skin care products, aloe vera may help soothe and moisturize the skin.
Precautions: Aloe vera should not be taken internally by pregnant women. Side effects include stomach pain and diarrhea if taken incorrectly.
