 What is Arnica? It is a yellow daisylike flower that can grow as high as 20 inches.
Where does Arnica grow? Native in the wild throughout European countries. Also found in western parts of North America.
Benefits: Arnica is good for treating sprains, bruises and wounds, because the herb has pain relieving an antibacterial properties. Recommended for individuals with arthritis.
Precautions: Do not take arnica internally as it causes serious irritation to the digestive tracts. Applications should be highly diluted.
