 What is Bearberry? A low ground growing plant, about 1 foot-high and 3 feet wide. Its leaves are used in herbal medicine.
Where does Bearberry grow? Commonly found throughout Europe, North America and Asia.
Benefits: Used to treat urinary tract infections with its antibacterial properties.
Precautions: Do not take bearberry if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Overdosage may irritate lining of the bladder.
