 What is Bergamot? A plant with blossoms appearing in dense clusters of stem terminals. It produces a scent similar to the bergamot oranges.
Where does Bergamot grow? It is a perennial wildflower of North America.
Benefits: The scent of bergamot oil has been said to act as a natural antiseptic to help strengthen the immune system, fight infections and improve mental alertness.
