 What is Borage? Borage is a star shaped flower with 5 pointy petals extending out. Today it is more commonly used in cooking than herbal remedies.
Where does Borage grow? Native to European countries. A popular ingredient in salads / cooking and drinks.
Benefits: It exhibits cucumber like taste, and acts a refresher in drinks. The coolness properties are recommended to alleviate fevers and also used as a gargle to treat mouth / throat conditions.
