 What is Chickweed? Chickweed is a small branched stem weed producing seeds which are popular with birds. It is also noted that pigs, rabbits, cow and horses will eat it too.
Where does Chickweed grow? Chickweed is native to temperate regions of North America and Europe with lots of sun.
Benefits: As an ointment, it is recommended for skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and external abscess. In addition, other uses include alleviating gout, joints, respiratory, and tuberculosis symptoms.
