 What is Dandelion? An herb that acts as an aquaretic and supports the health of the liver and kidneys.
Where does Dandelion grow? Dandelion are abundant and plentiful everywhere, thus some farmers find them nothing more than troublesome weeds.
Benefits: It’s supposed to strengthen the entire body, especially the liver and gallbladder, where it promotes the flow of bile, reduces inflammation of the bile duct, and helps get rid of gall stones. This is due to its taraxacin.
Precautions: Don't use it with irritable stomach or bowel, or if you have an acute inflammation.
