 What is Eucalyptus? An evergreen tree valued for its oils derived from the leaves.
Where does Eucalyptus grow? Native to Austrialian forest.
Benefits: Helps clear congestion, because the oil when inhaled, loosens up to mucus allowing us to cough. When the eucalyptus oil is rubbed on the skin, it stimulates blood flow and generates heat to ease muscle aches.
Precautions: In some cases, eucalyptus can cause vomiting and diarrhea.
