 What is Feverfew? The flower blossoms with white petals and a yellow center, and used to treat headaches and migraines.
Where does Feverfew grow? Grows in the wild throughout South America and Europe.
Benefits: Clinical studies show that feverfew reduces the intensity of headaches, and its actions work similar to aspirin.
Precautions: Avoid using feverfew in conjunction with aspirin, because potency would be an too high a level. Side effects include upset stomachs.
