 What is Gingko? An herb that supports the brain and nervous system, improving circulation and enhancing memory. Gingko has also been shown to promote sexual health.
Where does Gingko grow? The Gingko tree is also know by the name Maidenhair Tree and it was originally from China.
Benefits: It is widely used to improve impaired peripheral circulation. Meaning that if the blood is not circulating properly in the legs or other extremities, or particularly in the brain, ginkgo can have a very beneficial effect.
