Where does Griffonia grow? Griffonia is native to West African countries, and noted in folklore as a natural anti-depressant.
Benefits: In clinical research, users of griffonia seeds see their brain serotonin levels increase. Conditions related to low serotonin levels are depression, insomnia, and weight gain.
Precautions: Not recommended with use of MAO inhibitors.
