Benefits: Lavender is used in aromatherapy to treat headaches, nervousness and induce relaxation. Lavender oil is commonly used for skin ailments such as eczema, acne, and extremely dry skin.
Precautions: Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid using lavender.
