 What is Marshmallow? Don't confuse the marshmallow plant with the marshmallow candy we all love as kids. However part of the marshmallow's early recipe did call for sap from the marshmallow plant and thus the name stuck.
Where does Marshmallow grow? Native plants to Europe and western Asia.
Benefits: The gooey and gel-like properties of marshmallow aids in soothing sore throats and supress coughs. Eases heartburn and intestinal problem areas.
