 What is Nettle? Commonly known as the stinging nettle because campers accidentally discovering this plant will often have the hairs of the nettle inject a toxin that causes a skin irritation.
Where does Nettle grow? It is commonly grown in the North Americas and Europe.
Benefits: The nettle root has been studied to slow the growth of the prostate and relieves early symptoms of prostate problems.
Precautions: The nettle root may cause indigestion or upset stomach. It is best taken with food.
