products have a 30 day money-back guarantee. To make a return, follow these
steps:
- All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number to be accepted at our warehouse. Please contact us at support@lifemana.net to obtain an RMA.
- Print these two PDF forms:

Customer Request for Refund Form
- Sign the ONLY the "CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE" line on each form and include both forms within your return (the remainder of each form will be completed by us upon reviewing your return).
- Send us the unused portion of the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase to:

- In order to keep our prices competitive, and offer free shipping, all returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Wholesale & Distributor Kits cannot be returned once the products are opened.
- Express Mail fees
are non-refundable on returns.
- Returned orders that received
Free Shipping with any of of the shipping promotions, will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted
from the return credit.
- Exchanges will
incur additional shipping charges.
- Return processing
may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
- Items that are not returned
in their original packaging will not be refunded.
