*Because we ship directly from Herbalife Distribution Centers which are closed on weekends, orders placed over the weekend (may include Mondays) could be delayed up to 1 business day. Holiday weekends can delay order shipments as well.
Shipping Tips:
- Next Day orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
- 2Day orders are delivered Monday through Friday.
- Ground orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
- Orders placed after Friday 12PM Eastern Time are considered Monday orders.
- Next Day and 2Day orders are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ground orders are not delivered on Mondays.
Herbalife Distribution Center procedures:
- USPS Priority Mail will be used for PO Box addresses.
- Orders placed before 12PM Eastern Time are usually shipped same day during normal operations.*
- Orders placed after 12PM Eastern Time are usually shipped the next day during normal operations.*
- *Exceptions: Holidays, beginning and end of the month, and weekends may delay your order up to 3 business days.
- Once your order has been processed, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; although we will work with you, FedEx and Herbalife to get it replaced.
- Herbalife Distribution Centers ship orders Monday to Friday.
