 What is Tang Kuei? Also known as dong quai which produces white flowers when in bloom and the stems can reach 8 foot-long.
Where does Tang Kuei grow? Native to China and other Asian countries.
Benefits: Traditionally used as a tonic for the female reproductive systems. It has been studied to help reduce PMS and menstrual problems.
Precautions: Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Tang Kuei may cause diarrhea, because of its mild laxative properties.
